Summary:
|
The Political Reform Act requires that all governmental agencies periodically review their Conflict of Interest Code. The governmental agencies are required to send their most recent Conflict of Interest Code to the "code reviewing body", pursuant to Government Code section 87303. The code-reviewing body for the Mountain View Los Altos High School District is the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors.
Changes have been made to the Mountain View Los Altos High School District Conflict of Interest Code since the last submittal to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors. Resolution No. 24/25-14 reflects the changes that have been made, has been approved by the County Board of Supervisors, and is now presented to the Board of Trustees for adoption.
