Mountain View Los Altos High School District is requesting Change Order #3B with McKim Corporation be ratified: - Demolish concrete in the parking lot in order to allow for base rock and asphalt to meet the finish grade in the staff parking lot. This is an unforeseen condition and will be tracked using time and materials. - Remove rock that was placed around the building prior to winter in order to prevent dirt run off during the rainy season. This work is to be completed via time and materials. |
